Getting Support

Providing excellent support is very important to us here at SixBit Software; so much so that we have dedicated an entire mode in the program to helping users find their answers as quickly as possible.

Any users who are having difficulty, or need help with a question, the Support mode is the place to find an answer.

From the Support mode you can:

• Manage Your Account
• View the Knowledgebase
• View the User's Guide

• View Video Tutorials

• View the Discussion Group
• Submit and Review Support Tickets

To access the Support mode:

1. Click  Support from the modes tab in the lower left.
