Sending Feedback Reminders

Feedback reminders are sent out after your buyers receive their shipments, and have not yet left feedback.  If you do not send out feedback reminders, you can hide the Feedback Reminder button from the interface by following the instructions in Customizing Feedback Reminders.

 

You may also want to customize the text of your feedback reminder to make it more personal.  Customizing Feedback Reminders also explains how to edit the Feedback Reminder Email Template.

 

If you would like to send out feedback reminders, you may send them manually or automatically.  Feedback reminders can be sent out automatically a specified number of days after the item has been shipped.  See Customizing Feedback Reminders for information on setting up automatic feedback reminders.

To manually send feedback reminders:

  1. Open the Ship Orders mode.      How?
  2. From the grid, select the orders in the Fulfilled status that you would like to send the email to.  
  3. In the Email group in the ribbon bar, click the Feedback Reminder button to open the Email Preview window.  An email for each item in the order will be generated and displayed.   You can edit the email if you want to modify it from the original template.
  4. Click Send or Send All to send the email(s).
