Setting Up Express One

Express One is probably the easiest postage printing service to set up because it is very tightly integrated within SixBit.  In addition to its ease, Express One also has the advantage of being able to save you money on lower cost postage.  If you ship a significant number of items through USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail, you could easily save enough to pay for your SixBit subscription.

To take advantage of these savings, you will simply need to create an account with Express One from a link in SixBit and then you'll be able to start printing postage.

  2. Fill in the registration form, including your method of payment.  There is no cost to signup.  Your payment method is only used for your postage purchases.   Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions, then click Submit Form.
  3. After submitting, you will be asked if you want to add funding to your Express One account.  You must have funds available in Express One before you can print postage.  If you don't add any funding now, you will be prompted to add it when you attempt to print the postage with insufficient funding.
  4. When you return, the Manage Postage window will be changed to show your updated registration info.

  1. To use Express One for all qualifying postage, make sure the Use Express One... checkbox on the left is checked.
  2. Next to the Select your integrated postage printing partners label, click the Define Printers link.   This will open the Options window to the printer settings tab.  Select a Printer for domestic postage through Express One and Endicia Label Server. This will be the printer that your domestic postage is printed on.
  3. International postage often requires customs forms which may need to be printed on a different printer.  If you want to print international postage on a different printer, then uncheck the Use the same printer for international postage box and then enter a Small Printer for international postage and a Larger Printer for international postage.

  4. Click OK to save your printer settings.
  5. On the right side, you will notice that you can now view your Account Balance, or you can Click here to view or change your Express One account information.
  6. You can also use Click here to view your postage purchase history to see all of your Express One purchases and deposits over a period of time.
  7. Any USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail postage that you print will now use Express One's discounted postage rates.
