Steve, Thanks. Attachment sent just in case it helps. You might know that eBay has some kind of strangeness at this time of the year. They do not charge for store and then charge double the next month. CS rep told me once it was like ‘paying first month – last month’ when renting an apartment. I would put an ‘lol’ but it just ain’t funny.

    Steve Lea, John Manning:

Can you guys post something, an update even if it isn’t anything new every 30 minutes. We’re sitting here in a holding pattern circling the airport waiting for permission to land. Our employees are stuck in the mud, clueless as to what to do next.

It has been more than 12 hours since hearing from a SixBit staff member and frankly under the circumstances that’s too long.

    Thank you for your consideration.

Sixbit Team please provide an update? Is there any ETA on when this issue is expected to be resolved?

FWIW, this seems to be a specific to Sixbit.  We use another program to download orders and post to quickbooks that has shipping and inventory management functionality – everything works.

Zbigniew, what are you talking about? Sixbit support update was from last night and early in the morning today well over 3+ hours ago. If I missed specific post from Sixbit team please post a screenshot.

That’s correct, they have not updated us for at least 12 hours. I can only imagine they’re on the phone with eBay, their fingers are feverishly typing code and doing everything they can to resolve this issue, with that said. There’s no update-

Come on guys, you can do better than this-

This is akin to having the lights out, or no internet access, we’re basically out of business until this gets resolved. Please update, and update often.

We use Sixbit with Ebay and Esy; Etsy is working fine. Ebay is not.

Amazon is working fine for us too.  Just ebay.

    Hey guys,

Apparently some of you haven’t noticed that the first post in this thread was updated:

This topic was modified 1 hour, 35 minutes ago by John Manning John Manning.

While regular updates are indeed important, I’d rather see that it’s all-hands-on-deck to fix this issue than to have 30-minute updates.

As of 12:09 eastern, it looks like it may be fixed.  You’ll need to reauthorize your account.

The log in page is now loading, but then it goes to the eBay landing page after captcha and does not receive a token. It’s in some weird log in loop for us.
