They do not charge for store and then charge double the next month. CS rep told me once it was like ‘paying first month – last month’ when renting an apartment. I would put an ‘lol’ but it just ain’t funny.
Can you guys post something, an update even if it isn’t anything new every 30 minutes. We’re sitting here in a holding pattern circling the airport waiting for permission to land. Our employees are stuck in the mud, clueless as to what to do next.
It has been more than 12 hours since hearing from a SixBit staff member and frankly under the circumstances that’s too long.
Zbigniew, what are you talking about? Sixbit support update was from last night and early in the morning today well over 3+ hours ago. If I missed specific post from Sixbit team please post a screenshot.
That’s correct, they have not updated us for at least 12 hours. I can only imagine they’re on the phone with eBay, their fingers are feverishly typing code and doing everything they can to resolve this issue, with that said. There’s no update-

This is akin to having the lights out, or no internet access, we’re basically out of business until this gets resolved. Please update, and update often.
