Run the “Synch Aux. Data” function under the File|Refresh menu. That should bring in your Policies again. If you view items before refreshing, it may set those Items back to no Policy. Also, are you on the latest full, 4.00.065? There was a fix recently to prevent policies from clearing if the daily Refresh failed for any reason.
We identified an issue similar to the one recently affecting the compatibility calls and included a fix for the latest full release, 4.00.065 and the latest beta, 4.00.082. Upgrade and let us know if you see any further issues.

The full version is now released for 4.00.015. The link should be in your website downloads section or via a link from the SixBit program.
All users should update to that immediately to prevent the daily call limit from being exceeded tomorrow. The next reset will be at midnight and we have a support ticket in with Ebay to increase the limit temporarily to address this issue while we migrate everyone to the new version.
Currently a beta, but should be moving to full later today so it will show with an update link. The calls may work if you have a smaller token, but eBay has begun to return larger ones, causing the program to fail until it gets a smaller one returned. These excessive retries have caused the call limit to be reached prematurely, blocking all users at that point.
They should work the same as our current variations, one item covering all variations. You can use the variation mapping if you want to list them on multiple sites.
We’ll be updating our Variation Definition documentation soon.
We will need testers shortly. Due to some of the changing features of Promotions(ie. volume pricing), we need to do some reworking of the existing implementation.
When we’re ready to go, we’ll add it to to the beta version release notes.
