Hello all, is there any way to add a picture to my description wrapper without having a URL for the picture? All I want to do is add a simple picture. I don't have an FTP server.

Thanks,
Kurt

SixBit is all you need, but is this for eBay? I used to use picture tag brackets such as [[Picture1]] when I used to have pictures in the actual description area, but don't do it that way anymore.

Every picture/media file on the Internet is 'hosted' somewhere. That's what the URL indicates.

Create an account with photobucket/any free/paid host.
Then use their 'file manager' to upload your files to their site.
Enter the created URL into the SixBit wrapper.

As a dirty workaround...... You could setup a test item in Sixbit, upload it to the test category. You could then host 12 images on ebay Picture Services in the listing. You can grab the image link from eBay EPS and then use that link in a listing, a wrapper, a snippet ect.

You could do this to host a logo, a vacation image or anything you can imagine. The cost would be 10 cents a moth or if you have free listings nada...

I have heard that you could schedule a listing and then cancel it with no charge, I have no idea how long the image would persist on EPS after that.

I don't think it is possible to insert an image without URL. At least as far as I know!
