My Ebay listings are not showing Guaranteed Delivery, what am I doing wrong? I'm running SixBit 3.00.244, I've opted in to EGD, require immediate payment and have set my handling time to 1 day. I've read the knowledgebase report. I do not want to use the shipping rate tables, I have opted for the handling time option. Is this the problem? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hi Natalie,

What shipping services do you have set in your preset (or business policy)?

According to ebay this is a phased rollout. So even though you're opted in (as I am) it may not be working yet.

"If you click to opt in and aren’t selected as part of the initial group of sellers, don’t worry! You’ll be added to our wait list. Review the requirements (which are definitely good ideas for successful selling anyway) and keep an eye on your inbox. We’ll email you when it’s time for you to activate."

The way I understand it is if you use endicia or express one for shipping (which sixbit uses for printing postage) then you are not eligible to use guaranteed delivery. You have to print using ebay labels or shipstation
