All of our eBay listings are created using SixBit software. Sometimes, sales are linked to a wrong item. We already lost money because of this, as a wrong item was shipped to one of our buyers and we had to refund substantial amount of money. Why is this happening?

are you using unique SKUs for your items? or some listings has identical SKUs?
I had some messed up sales experience when you don't force SKU to be unique from the option settings.

Using identical SKU`s will definitely muck things up quick. I lost 3000
+ listings a few years ago when the Storage Location feature was added. It was a nightmare. Good Luck

Yes, we do have this set up as unique SKUs. Today's sale was linked to an item that was sold a month ago! Frustrating. Thank you guys!
