Update, Amazon shipping is also now not working, did not notice 4 items stuck in ‘Confirmation Pending’ folder and now have 4 late items.

Hello, still having to enter all the tracking numbers manually in to Ebay – Amazon updates okay.

CSV imports correctly and sells updates correctly in Sixbit but for some reason the agent is not updating Ebay..

Hi John, thanks for .138 but still have the same issue, Sixbit correctly updates tracking and item despatched from CSV but never updates Ebay with this information, item still showing as unshipped on Ebay.

Seems like my problem is with the shipments CSV, orders manually despatched from the order edit screen work okay but not from the CSV.

Still having problems, .137 has stopped the freezing, but I loaded a shipments CSV (1 test order) in to Sixbit last night, Sixbit loaded the tracking and moved it to Fulfilled but this morning it is still showing as unshipped in Ebay.

Hello, thanks yes I was gutted to see so many unshipped orders in Ebay > Sold – I am manually adding the tracking number in Ebay so I can make sure none are missing. – I wonder if Sixbit can read back the tracking number to verify it is written correctly to Ebay?

Normally I just upload a simple CSV file into Sixbit Shipments and did does the rest, just great.

Great software but the new Beta versions always seems to break something, Don’t think I am cut out to be a ‘tester’.

Luckily I went in to Ebay and noticed there was a lot of unshipped orders from a few days back – in Sixbit there was no indication of any issues.

Guessing the program is hanging / freezing as it is stuck in a loop trying to update ebay?

Adding the tracking numbers to Ebay manually at the moment, hoping there will be a fix – all was great before .134.

Similar experience, wish I never installed .134, none of my Ebay orders were getting updated on Ebay (No tracking numbers and not marked as dispatched)

.135 (Ebay same Amazon now also stopped updating and orders unshipped on Amazon)

.136 (Amazon back working, Ebay updating some orders orders but not all. Program is now hanging / or going very slowly when clicking from Ship orders to Sell Items)

Hopefully there will be another update to install tomorrow.

I see there is a new version which I hope fixes the above problem, however my Sixbit does not prompt me about a new version when I login, like it normally does, and the only version for download in the client area appears to be an older version.
How do it get version .232?
