Can’t upload or revise in Shopify for the last 2 days. Anyone else having problems?
Orders are importing fine. But listings are piling up awaiting the problem to be fixed.
we moved all our photos to an external network drive (NAS). Very affordable.
Only thing I see at the moment is the shipping method does not pull in from Shopify. It comes in as none selected.
I would like to see a way to turn of payment and ship notifications from Sixbit on Shopify orders. I really like Shopify’s notifications there. It updates the buyers on tracking events and such. But I really don’t like spamming them with notifications from Sixbit and Shopify. A choice of one or the other would be ideal.
being able to search items like the quick search would be very helpful! Having to write down item # numbers was a pain in the a** lol
I constantly make mistakes on the quantity and price and the only way to correct that is to remove the item and add it again & making sure I put the correct amounts in those slots. Being able to do that on the actual order would be helpful, but I can live with it the way it is.
Being able to create a custom item (something that does not have a listing made in Sixbit) when creating an order would be a big help. Customers walk in and my husband will pull things off motors, pick things up off the floor etc and sell them. I have made some items and keep them in a folder for just such occasions but you have to edit the item (title and price) and add one to inventory, then you can add it to the order. These items do not need inventory tracking.

We are using 4.00.121 .. definitely not fixed
2 more items deleted again today when delete was used in the quick search box. I’m more diligent about not hitting enter right away for the search and not using delete. My husband is the one that did it twice today. He’s not a happy camper.
Thought it was going to be fixed? It’s not a great feature, I tell ya!
I am seeing the confirmation prompt, but I already hit enter for the search. So the item is really gone. Just going fast on habit as I’ve used your software for a long time. Hard to change that after doing it for years.
Still having issues uploading photos .. hit and miss. Sometimes they load just fine and others times it just spins and spins.
Working fine this morning .. wheew!!
when the 1600 isn’t used you don’t get the magnifying glass for buyers to see enlarged areas. But they do upload, you just don’t get that feature.
ok, will do. Tried it again and had the same results on 2 stations.
