Database now submitted successfully, as stated on your SB events page. It also successfully submitted previously, so I do not know why you say it did not, check my events page for yourselves.

Database being sent through once again. I will notify you when it has been downloaded to you.

ALL of my ebay items have been effected. The Komposer HTML transfers OK to ebay, most of it anyway, but the background green tartan does not transfer over from SB to Ebay.

On my revise listing detail page of SB, the description wrapper button shows the HTML OK, as does the Check revision button, yet the green tartan background ( only ) does not shift over to ebay for ALL my listings.

Please try to sort ASAP, as I am planning on uploading a lot of new items to ebay.

Ticket already opened last week. Sent database as requested. No response as yet, although asked for twice, from a female staff member. Have not got original ticket details with me on my phone. Can respond on Tuesday with ticket number. Rectification would be appreciated soonest plrase.
