    Listings are working again as of 10:30am Pacific Time. My packing list printer settings got all screwed up with the updates but I’m figuring that out. Annoying but far more survivable than the not being able to list issue.

    I’m having issues too. I thought the authorization went through but I can’t upload photos for new listings to upload… I’m guessing the authorization didn’t work? Hopefully they can get this figured out…

    Are you guys still having performance issues? I’ve noticed a huge slow down too over the past few weeks with no such improvements with .396. I thought part my issue is my database size has grown to 6.36gb but I struggle to delete photos (I’ve been behind on doing that) because how much the system slows down… I’ve come on here and have noticed I’m not the only one having performance issues. Are these slowness problems still going on for you guys?

    I could see Walmart being of some interest at some point down the road but obviously getting Amazon fully operational with new ASIN’s and picture uploads is number one in my book. I know you guys hate giving ETAs but any sort of idea for when the new ASIN’s and photo uploads is coming for Amazon? It’s been awhile since the initial Amazon launch…

    My guess is that this will come with the Summer update that we usually get about now… Hopefully be able to add photos too. I’m hoping anyways…

    I actually just sent a support ticket in for this. I’m having the same issue and I am glad it wasn’t me for once! 😀 I received about 4GB of Amazon errors I guess in a 2 day span looking at my autobackups. That’s a lot of errors! LOL.

    After a speedy reply from Amy at Sixbit, the problem is solved and it was a quick fix.

    “Please try the following:

    From the Application Menu (upper left corner SixBit logo or “File” menu) select Options | General tab
    Click on the button that says “Support Control”
    Click on the button that says “Remove Duplicate Listings” (This option will not show if you don’t have duplicates)
    The program does not indicate that it is updating, however when you go to the grid, those listings should be gone.”

    Hi Guys,

    I got side track on this. I had some other more important issues come up that took me away from following up on all of this. A ticket has been submitted and I’ll let you know what I find out!
