After a speedy reply from Amy at Sixbit, the problem is solved and it was a quick fix.

“Please try the following:
From the Application Menu (upper left corner SixBit logo or “File” menu) select Options | General tab
Click on the button that says “Support Control”
Click on the button that says “Remove Duplicate Listings” (This option will not show if you don’t have duplicates)
The program does not indicate that it is updating, however when you go to the grid, those listings should be gone.”
