Hi John, I have been told it the past that using the bulk tool will not import the shipping cost (prior to Dec 2024) Not only was the cost not imported but going to the sales record on eBay did not show a shipping cost. The only way I could find to do it was going to eBay’s Payments section and searching through the individual bulk payments until I could find the one that had the order I needed it in. Since Dec 2024 I have been able to go to the sales record and retrieve the cost from there. I attached 2 order without the shipping and the ebay orders.
