I had an international order today and the shipping defaulted to ebay international standard delivery, which is not the same as ebay international shipping according to the chart shown below. I guess I’ll try removing all international options from the preset and see what happens next time.
Yes, I used the option to revise after saving the preset. All of my new listings have this enabled, but I haven’t had an international order since I made the change. I did notice when viewing the instructions on how to make the change on ebay that you need to remove all other international shipping options so that it would default to ebay international shipping. Maybe I need to do this in SixBit? The only service currently selected in SixBit is ebay international standard. I’ll see what happens on my next international order.
According to the shipping preferences page on my ebay account I am enrolled. I also did receive an email about it, although I don’t recall actually opting in.
Thanks for the info.
I don’t have anything showing in the listing violations view or in the dashboard. When I hover over item specifics that I know are soon to be required the tooltip just says “Users searched for this item specific X times.” I guess I’ll just make sure all required specifics are filled in as I relist ended items. Is there a hard date (if that even exists in ebay world) when these go into effect?
I am getting the same script error and am unable to update.
Thanks for the info. This does seem to be the case in most instances. I did notice in at least one specific this is not quite right. Under Jewelry & Watches > Fine Jewelry > Fine Rings > Gemstone the Sizable specific is a yes or no choice but it is also colored blue.
Same here.
What all does the uninstall and reinstall entail? Is this just the app or will everything (sql, network, etc.) need to be set up again?
Thanks for the rapid response to this feature request! I’ve been a Blackthorne / SixBit customer for 10 years and one of the main reasons is your excellent customer service. I wish ebay listened to its customers (sellers) as well as you folks!
I am now receiving this message when uploading 30-day fixed price listings: “Warning: (21920214) Only Good ‘Til Cancelled duration is supported for fixed price listings.” Any progress on a solution to this? Setting GTC listings to automatically end after 30 days when uploading seems like a good route to go.
I second this! I came to the discussion board just to post this same idea! I sell OOAK items and would like the ability to end listings after 30 days to review and re-list. Possibly have SixBit automatically end listings on the day they are scheduled to renew on ebay?
Thanks John. I’ll wait until payment fees can be gotten from ebay as I need those for consignment sales.
I am still having this issue as of 6:48 AM EST.
I use templates. It seems that somehow the folder locations in the templates got messed up. I never changed them, so I don’t know what happened but it seems to be fixed. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
