Looked like it was better for awhile and it has slowed back down.
I opened a Ticket and they gave me another version of SixBit to try.
https://www.sixbitsoftware.com/download/Beta/Install-SixBit-3.00.395.exe
Why does SixBit look like it is setting up for a first time use? Should I import, or should I choose to not perform an import?
I can understand it being eBay that caused this problem, but I don’t find it acceptable that SixBit is dead in the water because of it. I can’t even do anything with Etsy. A failure in one sales channel shouldn’t prevent us from doing anything in others.
SixBit just closed out on me because of this token issue, now I can’t re-open it. There was plenty of work I could get done today off of eBay, but now I can’t. This is pretty lame.
Update: 7:51AM PST (‘Merica)
Uploads not working.

One thing I am able to do is add make changes to listings that are already active.
There are some great things going on around here. Keep up the good work guys.
Oh, I misunderstood what the meaning of “first service” was. I took it to mean that the first service was the first item that the customer purchased.
I’ll try that instead.
Thanks
I was just on the phone with eBay support today and they encouraged me to use a private listing to sell items directly to a customer who did not order something properly in the website instead of rebilling for shipping off of eBay. So it is interesting that it is being disabled….
Another case of the left hand not knowing what the right is doing.
This forum design is garbage. What makes it really sad is the fact that they had a perfectly functioning and well used support forum that they killed off to implement this one. SAD!
Nevermind…I used revise instead of refresh. Refresh worked.
I am using .303 and have the same issue.
I was using .300 and it happened and so I updated to .303 to see if it would fix it. It did not.
Response from Amy @ SixBit Support:
Hello Jeff,
It looks like you are using a Payment Preset named “Parts & Repair”. When using a Preset the options are grayed out. Simply click the pencil icon to the right of the Preset name field to edit the Preset.
Please let us know if that does not resolve the issue.
Sincerely, Amy B. SixBit Training & Support
You pretty much have to do what eBay says. Just put the book in the recommended category.
The problem comes in when you don’t know what category eBay is going to recommend. I would look at the existing listings for the book and see what category they are all in.
If eBay is telling you no matter what it is in the wrong category then get on the phone with them and try to hash out what the issue is. At a minimum you could get any marks against your account removed.
Oh, screen shot of the report after I try to revise the listing…
no one has any ideas, huh?
