Working with Grids

Grids appear in different places throughout SixBit.  A grid is a tabular display of data.  It's much like an Excel spreadsheet.

The grid used in SixBit has some very powerful features that make understanding data easier.  

The following tasks can be completed using grids:

• select multiple rows to perform an action on
• sort the rows
• group on one or more columns
• rearrange columns
• filter the data shown
• search within the grid
• set fixed columns
• swap between a grid,  and compact grid

Depending upon its use, not all grids support all features.
