Mandatory Upgrade Required: SixBit Version 5.00.032

⚠ IMPORTANT: SixBit 5.00.032 is a REQUIRED UPDATE for all sellers.
Due to changes in eBay's API and communication requirements, older versions of SixBit will no longer be able to properly communicate with eBay. All SixBit users must upgrade to version 5.00.032 to maintain eBay communication.
We have released SixBit eCommerce Solution 5.00.032. In addition to the required eBay communication updates, this release includes the fixes and enhancements introduced throughout the recent 5.00.x beta cycle.
Why Is This Update Required?
eBay continues to update and retire portions of its API infrastructure. SixBit 5.00.032 contains the changes necessary to continue communicating with eBay.
If you remain on an older version of SixBit, eBay communication will stop working. This can affect functions within SixBit that depend on communication with eBay, including listing, revision, order, inventory, picture and other eBay-related operations.
This is not an optional update. Please upgrade all SixBit installations to version 5.00.032.
Additional Fixes & Enhancements
Version 5.00.032 also rolls forward the improvements made throughout the recent beta releases, including:
- Updated eBay picture uploads to the newer eBay API.
- Fixed Product Calls within Catalog Search.
- Fixed HipStamp item submission issues.
- Fixed an issue that could cause SQL Server 2022 installation to hang.
- Fixed grid sorting and duplication issues.
- Improved Coin Condition handling and CSV import/update support.
- Fixed Scheduler and grouping issues.
- Added support for Etsy's increased 20-photo limit.
- Improved creation and management of named Variation Sets.
- Updated eBay UK shipping services and other eBay listing-related functionality.
- Additional stability, listing, import and marketplace communication fixes.
How to Upgrade
- Open SixBit.
- Switch to Support mode using the Mode selector in the lower-left corner.
- Click the Upgrade to 5.00.032 button.
- Follow the prompts to download and install the update.
If you operate SixBit on multiple computers, make sure all SixBit computers are upgraded.
Please do not postpone this update. Version 5.00.032 is required to maintain communication between SixBit and eBay.
