So last night I sold 3 items in 2 orders. I made no changes to SixBit. Today I did a full refresh of SixBit and then checked those 3 listings. They still showed in my inventory and were not marked sold as well as Available to relist. They all showed up in Ship Orders even though they were marked as shipped on eBay. I cant see how SixBit is helping me to keep track of available inventory.

My fixed price items are all “Good til Cancel” and auto relist if not sold.

Thank you for taking the time to reply, it is appreciated.

“when I sell an item as soon as there is a bid or a sale I go to my SixBit inventory and delete the item even if it has not been paid for yet.”

I made a mistake with this statement. I do not delete the listing I move it to a sold folder or is I have another similar item I, edit if necessary, and then move it to a “Upload List”.

    so 2 questions

    – if an items sells and I do nothing what does SixBit do with it?

    – if an item sells and I move it to a sold folder before it is paid what does SixBit do with it?
