May I ask something else then in relation to this?
In Views|Ebay Listing Violations| I also see ended listings. Can you think about making Views|Ebay Listing Violations include active listings only?

In my picture folder are 109.007 pictures….Giving the fact that I have approx. 9000 (about 1000 listings with variations) active listings times 5 pictures = 45000. Each has a thumbnail to the amount pictures make sense.
Hmmmmmm. I checked the space on the server for the foto-folder; 49.9 Gb. That’s a relief but means that I need to delete pictures 3-4 times a year to keep it managable.

I do NOT delete items, listings or orders, only the pictures. I do that as follows:

    1. Sell Items | Previously listed > select all uncommited = 0. Go to these items
    2. Then, select them on Ready to ship. Select the ones that have 0 in this status.
    3. Select all > walk through the listings you now have; check what you want to keep the pictures of (usually the ones that had a dispute or issue of some kind) and De-select these.
    4. Go to these items.
    5. Delete pictures from database and confirm.
    6. Set status to Archive. My archived folder does not have any listings with pictures.

For the listing in the screenshot I revised it through eBay

    Sorry; with SixBit.
And; the listing is away now in my Recommendations list in Seller Hub.

Indeed; it does match with eBay Seller Hub. (I have 3015 recommendations, mainly older listings……). Forgive me for being persistant; why does the API tell SixBit it’s a violation when the Seller hub says it’s a recommendation?

For the listing in the screenshot I revised it through eBay, filled in the missing Item Specifics – in SB they are red?? – and refreshed. The violations are not going away in SixBit.

Maintenance of my stock….I know….it’s a never ending story with eBay’s site changes and upgrades.

in reply to: Version 650 – Save button does nothing #16125

    It looks like I self-inflicted it….

Since I work alone, sometimes in my store and sometimes from home, I make new listings and put the pictures in; leaving the rest to do at home. I log remotely into the server when I do so.
It looks like I wanted to hurry up, because some of these listings are missing specifics from the Item Template. It also looks like these are the listings erasing my input.

So; I either need to slow down and wait for the pagfe to load fully, or ask you guys if it’s possible to make a feature to make 10 new listings at once.

    Kind regards,
    Albertine

No, up until 10 minutes agoo still the same errors. When I scroll through the list it looks like every 15 minutes. (some exceptions here and there). I’ve cleared the log and will check again later this evening or tomorrow.

in reply to: Repairing pictures – error log #15207

That one made sense, thank you.

When I did a new download 1.5 years agoo and stored all pictures outside SixBit, all my new listings started with SKU TB- and a number. So I could made a difference with prior made listings because the ItemID’s and SKU’s were not lining up. Under Pictures|Automation I have only the first of 5 boxes checked, so I need to make sure I name my pictures (as I did not check the box in Managament).

Could not find a part of the path ‘Z:\3f6b08d18f8c\20220622_1413-02_thm.jpg’.

Is another one. It tells me I made the picture 2022 – 06 – 22 at 14.13 pm. I’m missing more of those (also the JPG). When I check Z:\3f6b08d18f8c, the picture is actually there. But with my loads of listings I don’t have a clue what listing it belongs to. Is there any option to search by names of the pictures?

And; should I switch to automatic naming by SixBit? So far this worked well for me…

The problem went away for a while, but since 2 weeks again no shipping emails from SixBit. I checked email settings, restarted the agent on the server…no succes. It does noad tracking into eBay, but I would like the buyer to see the personalised enail as well.

The agent also puts listings online, so yes, scheduled listings and allocations were done normal. Did as you suggested after closing the client; restarted the virtual server that has SixBit database running; problem solved! Thank you!

in reply to: eBay Managed Payments Question #14379

Sorry to bump this tread. Since today I’m opted in to eBay Managed Payments. However, even through I followed all refresh instructions (and restarted, uypdated to newest version etc), I do not see the box ticked that I’m opted in.

Plus, first payment from buyer through managed payments is marked in database as from a Credit Card.

Do I need to wait a 24-hour cycle?

in reply to: Barcode for variation listings #13799

Notes box? You mean in Telerik that empty space under “barcode1”?

If “Data length 29” stands for total digits I probebly should make a barcode label layout specificly for the longer Variation listings to use with for example the same label printer but label vertically printed?
