File|Manage|Agent should bring up the Manage Agent screen. Make sure the new computer is enabled and the old one is disabled in the list.
Allocations should kick off after a minute or so once it has permissions to run tasks. It may take longer as it will need to catch up on any missed tasks.

We don’t have direct mapping of one Item Specific to another, but it could be copied with an Item CSV export of ItemID and Item Specifics, rename the column header to the new name and remove the other IS columns you aren’t updating. Then Import from CSV with the option to update. That should copy the old IS to the new IS.

If you do have the required developer credentials you can enable Amazon in SixBit under the Options for Site and enter the credentials in the Business Profile screen. It does require the the Enterprise Duo subscription level to support both eBay and Amazon.

Yes, Categories are checked daily for updates and SixBit will bring them and the associated Item Specifics in automatically. Old categories will be remapped to new ones.

We will update the tracking information on eBay once a shipment is marked as shipped in SixBit if you print the postage from the program. The integration with Express1 gives you discounted rates on Priority packages only and doesn’t require a monthly subscription. With the Endicia integration you will need to set up an account with them which has a monthly fee but can print first class USPS as well. Since the eBay international shipping option is particular to eBay, you would need to print that from eBay.
