Once you upgrade to 90, run the File, Refresh, Sync Aux data function. It should update Item specifics and show you in the Item window which IS are required or recommended.

Should be showing now. Clicking the update link in the program should also work.

    Hi Phillip,

The folder selection is a treeview selector, similar to the category one. If you click the arrow that points right at the end of the Item Repository text, it should show the rest of the folder tree. The arrow pointing down on the far right of the selector box would typically be for the most recently used  list, MRU, but it looks that that’s not enabled currently. We’ll get that corrected in a future version.

    Hi Dominic,

If you use an Item Template, the specs portion will carry over to your newly created Items.

    Hi Roger,

Reauthorize in SixBit. Make sure the eBay login window has the correct userid during this process and the Profile will match the tokens. You won’t have to recreate Items. If you have any issues, open a ticket with support and we’ll get you squared away.

    Thanks,

    John

To use the Pictures on your Item in the Description you can either use the Picture tag, or PictureURL tags and just include the number of the Item Picture. [[PictureURL1]], [[PictureURL2]]  etc.

    More from the User’s Guide:

The [[PictureX]] tags get resolved to a full link to your images on the web including the <IMG> tag and all of its settings .  If, however, you want to control the aspects of the display of your image, you can use the [[PictureURLX]]  (where X is a number from 1 to 12) tags in conjunction with your own <IMG> tag.  The [[PictureURLX]] tag will simply resolve to the URL of the picture (something like “https://www.sixbitsoftware.com/mypic1.jpg&#8221;).

    Hi Ellen,

This feature isn’t available with our basic included Editor tool. You’ll need to use something more advanced for that functionality.

    Hi Angela,

Glad you got fixed up, we’ll look into the issue you had with duplicating a variation listing. Do you know what category the original listing was in? With eBay changing categories and Item Specifics, and the variations being dependent on them, it may have resulted in the bad duplication of the variation information.

    Thanks,

    John

If you select 1 first, hold shift and select the 10th, it will add them in the proper 1-10 order. Name parsing would be non-standard for other sellers.

    Hi Alan,

Yes, just select “Non-integrated” from the Carrier column in the Postage Window. You’ll see a Mailing label tab with a style you can customize.

We have one other report of it currently. We’ll do some additional testing here to reproduce it and report it to eBay. I would recommend opening a ticket with support, so they can update you when we have a resolution.

You would probably want to use the API then. https://www.sixbitsoftware.com/docs/SixBitAPI/webframe.html#The%20SixBit%20Application%20Programming%20Interface.html

    Hi Mike,

If you open the Revise Listing window, is the Theme still set on the Listing record? It sounds like it’s still on the Item record, but may have been revised off the actual listing.
