Hi Gary,
Did you try the editing fix Steve Lea suggested in the previous post? If that doesn’t work, open a support ticket and they’ll be able to help you directly with a remote session if necessary.
Thanks,
John

Hi Katrine,
We’ll take at look at this. Are you seeing a crash message that you could take a screenshot of?
Thanks,
John

Is your subscription showing correctly at the top of the SixBit window? Should still be visible under File|Reports|Sales Tax Report for Small Business and above subscriptions. The only other way to hide it is from the User Permissions if you turned off “Allow user to see Reports” in File|Manage|User Permissions.

Hi Robert,
If no Sales tax was collected by you, nothing will show in the report. We’re going to add a second report to show Site Sales tax collected, so you can put that in your records.

Hi Sally,
The Brand/MPN usage with ProductID is only to locate items in eBay’s catalog to get back a matched EPID. Yours won’t ever match eBay’s catalog.
Instead, set the Brand and MPN fields in Item specifics.

Hi Bruce,
The window will be resizable in the next release, 4.00.021 or later.

Hi Moe,
I updated the Beta Release notes to reflect those versions as well.

Hi Thomas,
It shouldn’t take that long for so small a file unless the hard drive is near capacity. Contact support via a support ticket and they can help you restore the database.
Thanks,
John

Hi Ross,
I just tested this here with the latest version 4.00.017 and it appears to be working correctly. Open a support ticket and they’ll remote in with you to diagnose the issue.
Thanks,
John

Hi Mike,
We don’t have that ability to turn on auto relist on eBay flag from within SixBit.
We do have the view in Check Items to find Items that are eligible for relist credit for ones that have ended and you can manually submit them again from there. If you’re on the Enterprise Edition, the allocation plans can be used to automate this process for you. The problem with the eBay relisting is that it will create a new listing and our import will have to match it to the correct Item in Sixbit to maintain inventory. There are some cases in which the connection isn’t made, so we prefer to do the relisting ourselves and keep the correct Item to Listings link.
Thanks,
John

I would open a ticket with support if this persists going forward. The full refresh refreshes the Listings first, but then should run the same Order refresh as a full Refresh.

Zbigniew,
Try resetting your Order Refresh Dates for any seller accounts in File|Options|Refresh. Ebay is currently monitoring the call limit and it hasn’t been exceeded. If your orders still haven’t come in, open a support ticket and we’ll look into the issue with a remote session.
Thanks,
John

The new full version, 4.00.015 will handle the longer returned API tokens. All users should upgrade to that version as soon as possible.
Thanks,
John

Hi Caroline,
The installation wouldn’t remove your database, but it may have switched the path back to the standard Sixbit one. If you go to File|Open Database, do you see your database listed? As long as the credentials to connect to SQL server are correct, you should see your database and be able to connect to it again. We can do a remote session if you need help locating the database.
Thanks,
John
