For old Listings, you’ll want to review the Performance tab in Seller Hub to find stale listings to revise. Since this will only work on running listings, ending them would make them unavailable. We’ll also be adding Analytics in SixBit to identify these listings.
Currently you should be able to find them in the running listings grid Sorting by Start Date and filtered by Quantity of 1.
Item Promotions and Promoted listings are also available on site to move these listings faster. We currently have Promotions in SixBit for testing and are working on adding Promoted Listings for an upcoming beta. If you want access to these in beta, let support know and we’ll let you know when/how to test these.
Richard,
Allocations plans aren’t great for this as they rely on triggers (ending, sales) to activate. Incorporating a timing mechanism could prove problematic, but we’ll give it some thought here. It sounds like you’d really want to use a repricing tool instead to revise it down based on a schedule.

We were just contacted by eBay and the Authentication/Token issue should be resolved now.

Hi Shane,
We’re working on getting the Payment Processing fees back from eBay, so it will show like those paid via PayPal. Currently the Payment type on Orders is only returned as “Other” by eBay, but they are going to improve that in the API. Other than those two things, it should work the same as any other paid Order.

Hi Jerrod,
The Analysis tools in the Enterprise Edition should provide the customizable view for Items, Listings or Orders. Here’s a link to the Analysis video. It will give you an idea of the features, though we need to find and upload a better quality video.

Hi David,
Could you open a support ticket from the program? We’ll need to take a closer look at this issue.
Thanks,
John

Hi Thomas,
If you use multiple Seller accounts, only the categories for that selected seller account will show in Batch Change. If you’re still not seeing all of them, use the File|Refresh|Synch Aux function to update the list from eBay. It should be running daily from the agent, but you can always force a refresh. If you’re still not seeing the ones you should, open a support ticket and we’ll take a look further.
Thanks,
John

Hi William,
Are you talking about the Generated Query show as you create an advanced search? It doubles up the ‘ so the SQL query will execute properly. Just testing it here, and it was finding the Items correctly.

Hi John,
Paste the number in the category control and hit Enter. It will automatically navigate to the category for you.

Hi Thomas,
The enforcement of this is mostly focused on new listings. If you have the original picture, change them as you create new listings, or as you revise your GTC listings.

Let us know if you’re still seeing issues with the latest beta, 3.00.397.
Thanks,
John

We’ll get that fixed up for the next beta. Thanks for reporting it.

Hi Jennifer,
You’ll need to include a different unique identifier in the file, such as ItemID to update all Items. SKU is considered unique on import and will only change the first instance found by design.

Hi Nick,
Keep Asia as your ship-to region, but include China in your Exclusion list. If you have Exclusions set up in My Ebay, you can select that in the Shipping Preset. Or use a Custom Exclusion list in SixBit and check China there. The Exclusion option is shown below the Rate Table and Combined Shipping Discount options.

Just one or the other.
