The Authorization issues should be resolved now.
Thanks for your patience,

No updates yet. I expect to hear back around 12PM EST, 9AM PST at the latest.

We’ve contacted eBay and they should be reverting a change on their end to fix this issue.
It should start working again automatically, but we’ll post on the board when we confirm it is.

Hi Owen,
Item Specifics aren’t available for the reports, but if you’re using the MPN in your ProductID field, you should be able to use that.

Hi Bob,
They should be coming in. Open a support ticket and we should be able to diagnose the problem, either with your database or a remote session.
Thanks,

Hi Nylander,
I’ve removed the HTML comment for the next beta, 3.00.386 or later, for tag removal subscribers.

For the next beta, 3.00.386 or later, you will be able to cancel Orders in “In Process” too.
John Manning, Senior Developer
The Cancel only works on Unpaid Items. Ones that are paid become part of the Manual return process, and you tell us how to treat the the Inventory.

Hi Sally,
We’ll probably need to work with the database to track this one down. Open a support ticket and let us know which ones didn’t relist as expected. We’ll be able to see if the program is finding the right ecommerceid to send for each one. If it is, it might come down to eBay resetting Best match due to something like a category change.
Make sure you give an example of any changes you were making to the Items before relisting.

Hi David,
If you go to File|Options|Reports|Listing Labels you can click the manage icon next to the selected label. From the manage screen, you can either edit the current one or make a duplicate of it to customize.
Click on the Edit button and look for the SKU block in the label designer. Select that block, delete and save and you should no longer have the barcode length issue.

Open a ticket with support, it’s likely the setting for the External Picture Path will need to be reset correctly. They can fix this quickly with a remote session.

If your category is not one of the ones listed in the new PBSE changes, you can list it without using a Product Identifier(GTIN or EPID).
You’ll want the Brand/MPN in those fields later if you do need to associate them with eBay Catalog Items in the future.
Try the Import with the ProductIDType of “None” and it should not use the ProductID field as a match for unique items. Only include ItemID if you’re matching to update an existing Item in SixBit. If you have your own ItemID, use the ExternalItemID field instead. If no identifier is found, it should create new Items on Import.
The order for uniqueness matching on import is SKU,ProductID(with type ‘None’), ItemID, and ExternalItemID.

The condition shouldn’t be required in this category, but it should still take it. We can only send the Condition Description if the Condition is set to Used, so you should be able to update your Items in Sixbit with by batch changing condition to Used. Then you should be able to submit or revise your items to get the Condition Description sent up.
