If you’re still seeing this issue, open an support ticket and we should be able to diagnose the problem with the relist. As long as the ended listing is in the database, the allocation plan should have used that price to decrement.

You can use a Custom field on Listings for this. Make sure you make a Custom field for both Items and Listings modes, named the same so you can set the value on the Item record before ever listing it. It will copy over automatically to Listings and be available like any other field for the report.

The Cancel only works on Unpaid Items. Ones that are paid become part of the Manual return process, and you tell us how to treat the the Inventory.

We’ll probably need to work with the database to track this one down. Open a support ticket and let us know which ones didn’t relist as expected. We’ll be able to see if the program is finding the right ecommerceid to send for each one. If it is, it might come down to eBay resetting Best match due to something like a category change.
Make sure you give an example of any changes you were making to the Items before relisting.
