That is correct, Sixbit only supports Parts and Accessories, not Vehicles.

We did remove the extra search box, but you should be able to click on the category selector and type directly in that for category searches.

You can deactivate or delete suppliers from the Manage Suppliers window. File|Manage|Suppliers.

Deactivate will leave them in the database but remove them from the supplier dropdown.

    Hi Jason,

SixBit will only Auto Import the Amazon items if the option is checked in the File|Options|Refreshes|Refreshing tab. If you uncheck that, you should be able to just list your current items up to Amazon.

I also would suggest making a backup first.

    Hi Henry,

Click the + sign next to the “Standard Product ID” to enter the UPC. We’ll tweak that to make it more discoverable.

We recently fixed an issue where the Template folder wasn’t being set on new Items, it was always creating new items in the current sub folder, and now it should only do that if the Template has no folder specified.

    Hi James,

We’ve made some improvements to the category selector in the current beta, 3.00.330. If you want to try that, you can turn on beta notifications in File|Options|General, or wait until the next full release.

In File|Options|Look and Feel, you can change the style and font size for the entire program, but not only the Item Window.

    Jeff,

It’s possible although much more unlikely to see this error without external pictures. I would recommend going up to the 3.00.310 hotfix if you’re on the full release and 3.00.330 beta if you’re currently on a beta.

    Jovita,

Are you seeing the issue after installing the new release?

    Hi Robert,

Handling time isn’t one of the fields you can set on a CSV import, it’s part of the Shipping Presets. You would have to create a preset to assign via CSV.

If you’re already using named Shipping Presets (not “Manual”) you can just edit those and it will automatically revise the running listings that use them. Once you want to set them back, just edit them again and they’ll revise automatically again.
If you do have Manual ones, you can create Named ones and use the Revise|Batch Change window to set them on running listings, and check the option for Apply to future Listings”.

Also, if you have a lot of Manual presets that were created on an import and want to name them all, the easiest way is to use the Consolidate function in File|Manage|Presets.
This will auto name the presets and assign them to Items and Listings.

    Recped is correct.

We removed the Watermarking based on changes to the eBay Picture policy. Although they won’t be forcing running listings to be revised or relisted, they expect all new listings to be watermark free.

    Hi Leonard,

Open a Support ticket from the Support tab in the program. Support should be able to resolve the issue for you fairly quickly.

    Hi Dave,

Some of the names have changed, but the fields should be available in the “All Fields” grid view instead of the default “Inventory” one. If you click the Manage views icon, duplicate “All fields” and give it a new name, you should be able to save that View with the new layout selected.

We’ll get the Inventory view updated for a future release.

    Should still be 3.00.307.
