    Hi Robert,

Handling time isn’t one of the fields you can set on a CSV import, it’s part of the Shipping Presets. You would have to create a preset to assign via CSV.

If you’re already using named Shipping Presets (not “Manual”) you can just edit those and it will automatically revise the running listings that use them. Once you want to set them back, just edit them again and they’ll revise automatically again.
If you do have Manual ones, you can create Named ones and use the Revise|Batch Change window to set them on running listings, and check the option for Apply to future Listings”.

Also, if you have a lot of Manual presets that were created on an import and want to name them all, the easiest way is to use the Consolidate function in File|Manage|Presets.
This will auto name the presets and assign them to Items and Listings.

    Recped is correct.

We removed the Watermarking based on changes to the eBay Picture policy. Although they won’t be forcing running listings to be revised or relisted, they expect all new listings to be watermark free.

    Hi Leonard,

Open a Support ticket from the Support tab in the program. Support should be able to resolve the issue for you fairly quickly.

    Hi Dave,

Some of the names have changed, but the fields should be available in the “All Fields” grid view instead of the default “Inventory” one. If you click the Manage views icon, duplicate “All fields” and give it a new name, you should be able to save that View with the new layout selected.

We’ll get the Inventory view updated for a future release.

    Hi Nabachandar,

Could you open a ticket for this Amazon issue and upload your db over the weekend? Let us know a few of the Orderids of ones that didn’t update on their own and we’ll check the logs.

    Thanks,

    Hi Robert,

We did identify a missing library file in the latest install. It will be included in the 3.00.305 hotfix.

We’ve been testing a few databases here and haven’t been able to reproduce the Order Refresh issue yet. If you’re still seeing the issue, open a support ticket and our staff will help you with a remote session.

I’ll add this a feature request and we should get it into an upcoming beta.

    Hi Justin,

The packing list should include the full name of the Buyer. Is the Order still in “Awaiting Payment” status or has it moved to “In Process”? Once “In Process” it should have the full Buyer details returned from eBay and be ready for a Packing Slip.

Yes, every version can be used with more than one seller account.

Seller specific templates will be out in a future beta. It would probably be a few months before a full release. Yes, you would still need to do bulk changes, there isn’t any trick to getting around eBay’s account specific Rate tables. When the account changes, all the IDs associated with the Rate tables change.

Create Item Templates for each account, export your items from one and import using the other template, excluding the shipping preset and business profile fields. You’ll then have duplicate items each tied to an different account with the correct presets. You’ll lose automatic inventory management, but it’s the simplest if you’re not going to use the batch change functionality.

The Editor is fairly resource heavy, so we didn’t make it always on on the Edit Item Window. Ideally, the Description will only contain text, while the bulk of the HTML formatting will be in a Description Wrapper.

Could you attach a screenshot of the Spell Checker issue?
