Hi Kay,
The consignment plan is assigned at the time the sale is recreated. If you want to set it after the sale is created, open the Edit Order window, select the sale in grid at the bottom of that window, right click and select the consignment plan to assign.
If you set it on the Item record, the next sale for that Item will have it auto assigned.

Currently you can only split Shipments if they are different items, not different quantities of the same item.
To get a different shipment for tracking purposes, create a dummy item first in Sell Items and the go to the Order window and add another shipment with that dummy item. Make a note that it is a second shipment for the Items listed in the first.Later if you need to do it again, you can use the same dummy item.

The Sales are tied to the purchase records for each Item, deleting them would cause the Items to show reflect inventory that you no longer have.
How large is your database currently? If you want to keep the Item records, moving the pictures out of the database would be the best option to stay under the 10 GB limit on SQL Server Express. Pictures usually comprise around 95% of the database size.

If the content is in the Description itself, you should be able to use the Advanced search to search for a unique string that is part of that content to find the Items and Listings that use it.

This issue with the Quick Access toolbar should have been fixed in more recent versions. Are you currently running the latest full, 3.00.120 or the latest beta 2.00.171?

The field was renamed to Stock Total. If you use Drop Shipping or Fulfilled By Amazon as fulfillment sources you’ll see additional columns for Stock Self, Stock Drop Ship and Stock FBA.

There was an option added in File|Options|General for Item grid selection for bulk operations. Now you can choose between selection order or grid sort order.

But if you’re creating similar Items using the same categories, you can save an Item template with the Category and Country preselected. When you create new items using that template, they will be filled in automatically.

If you use the Custom Duplication option(drop down the Duplicate toolbar button), you can choose to duplicate Storage Location. Any fields selected there will be sticky and used for future duplications.
John Manning, Senior DeveloperThe row details template in the grid only shows the Product title. To see the eBay Title column populated, switch to “Simple Grid view” by clicking the icon in the upper right of the grid. Mouseover the icon and the tooltip will indicate the correct one.
