Ebay changed the Display name from Parcel Select to Ground Advantage, but the service ID we send is the same. So if you list with that, it should be showing on site as Ground Advantage.

You can run the query in SQL Server Management Studio if you have that installed.
John Manning, Senior DeveloperWell, you would need the substatusid from the substatuses table for the correct scheduled substatus in your db, which can be different per user. Scheduled in SixBit, Scheduled on Site would be the two options for substatuses in that table.
Why are you using the ListingID as the SKU and not a proper SKU on the Item record? Then you could include the [[SKU]] variable in the titles and not have to run queries. Even the EcommerceID that eBay provides should be a better identifier than the ListingID. If you ever had to restore a backup or delete items and reimport them, the ListingIDs would be mismatched at that point. John Manning, Senior DeveloperDo you have more than 10 pictures? Ebay can take up to 24, but Etsy only 10. We’ve seen this happen on revisions where new pictures are added to an Etsy listing and old ones are still up on site. Could you edit the listing on Site and remove all the pictures, then send the revision from SixBit again? It should send up the first 10 again.

Did you try revising from the Revise window or the Main Check Listing grid? The IDs message would seem to indicate the grid didn’t have any rows selected prior to revising.
Which version are you currently running? John Manning, Senior DeveloperThis isn’t a customizable option. You could just use the Item Weight to set the preset with either shipping service selected on the Item record prior to listing or to Revise current listings. An Advanced Search/View to find Items of 13oz and under to batch change assign first class or above that to use a Flat Rate envelope.

Do you have multiple business profiles/seller accounts set up in SixBit? If you do, you should be able to set the Item to any of them. If you open a support ticket from the Support tab in the program, the team will be able to follow up with more detailed help.

John Manning, Senior DeveloperWe’ll look into adding a filter or flagging of Fitment containing search results. The sending of pictures is just for re-uploading of them, the links on the existing pictures rows in SixBit are always necessarily sent as part of a Revision. There is a stock photo bug currently with some Motors categories that we’re looking into.
