Look to the right of your circle. It is sorting by most recent reply, not the date the post was created.
In Options|Refreshes, users can choose which field they want the Custom Label mapped to. It can be either SKU, Storage Location, External ItemID or Notes.
Looks like it is sorting by post type (1. Issue, 2. Question, 3. Feature Request, 4. Comment) and then within each post type it sorts newest first. If you go to “Recent” in the toolbar, it will sort them by most recent replies if that helps. That is where I look each day to see what is new.
Unfortunately, this can’t be done in SixBit. That listing is using the inventory quantity as a variation on the item and we just aren’t set up to handle that. The closest you would be able to get is to prebundle the quantities and count how many bundles you have. For example, you have 100 single cables, 20 bundles of 10, and 25 bundles of 100. Then each variation would have an inventory quantity equal to the number of bundles you have in each size.
Also, when an eBay import is performed, we try to match the eBay listings with existing items so dupes aren’t created. We do this by first looking at the Custom Label on eBay to see if it matches an existing SKU in SixBit (assuming Custom Label is mapped to SKU in the SixBit Options|Refreshes).
If not, then we try to match on Product ID and if not that, then finally by looking at identical titles.
If they were not matched, my best guess is that the Custom Label on eBay isn’t unique or isn’t filled in and mapped to the SKU field in SixBit.
We collect all the different prices (i.e. auction, bin, fixed price) and only use the appropriate one when listing. Check the Submit window and make sure you have chosen to list it as a Fixed Price item and not an Auction.
An item has to be either a variation item or not. Once you have listed an item as a non-variation item, you will need to create a new variation item if you want it listed as a variation.
Jeff,
We haven’t seen this error before. Please try the beta and if you still get the error, please open a ticket and submit your database.
Yes, that is correct. We do not guarantee that all posts will get a response. We prefer to have a single ticketing system to organize, prioritize and address user issues. We do recognize that some issues can be answered by other users and anything we can answer on the forums will also be of value to the general population, so we have made this forum available as an additional resource to our support ticketing system, but it should not be considered a replacement for it.
Our resources are planned around answering the ticket queue. We visit the discussion boards only as time allows which can vary greatly depending upon development schedules and manpower.
This has been fixed for the latest beta (3.00.108). Refreshing store sections will now remove any deleted ones.
Yes, the beta is available to all users. Please see my previous post for info on getting the beta.

The database will get much smaller to make up for the space added on the hard drive. I’m sure its not a 1 for 1 trade, but it should be close.
Jeff,
The latest beta has fixes for the batch change that I believe fixes the issues you are describing.
After installing, it might take a little while for the report to be run and imported. Has it still not updated the inventories?
