<span style=”color: #777575; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;”>HI Nylander, I went and found the file folder we had created to store the pictures in, and went in and copied all 180K of them and copied the folder to the exact same spot on the new laptop and it worked like a charm. If you open up sixbit, click the logo man in top left, then click options then in the next window select pictures on the left side , and finally click the management tab it will show you the folder where you photos are stored. Then just go grab them and put them in the same named folder on the new pc. Hope this helps. Matt</span>

Hi John, Yes Im running the newest edition. Ticket Number is #799056 – HTML Editor Its been taking 3 minutes from the time you click the edit html button for the window to open up. The delay is nowhere else but the HTML editor. It took 6 minutes to replace one word in the item description in the html editor even after a fresh reboot. Ive been emailing back and forth with one of your engineers and his answer is “We cant recreate this issue” , I know you cant or everyone would be as frustrated as me. When I asked if he could log into my DB or help his answer was “All I could do is tell you its slow as well” is not a very “Supportive” answer…..Im looking for some support, not a o well its your issue. I know its my issue, or “system specific problem” as hes calling it or you guys would have an update patch. I want to figure out a solution maybe a clean install and import the old DB into a fresh install. So far in 5 replies and response with him all Ive gotten was O well looks like its on your end, I know its on my end, help me work a solution to figure it out. His answer is like telling a car dealer your having a problem with your car and him saying back to you “well we cant make it happen with a new one or old one on the lot. Of course you cant, its a problem with mine. Matt Lollman 580-222-5375

HI John, I did send an email, I didnt get a reply. It seems to happen sometimes after 50 auction creations, but It just comes to a screeching hault, and will just sit and youll see your mouse pointer cycle or spin in a circle and you cant click anything and have to terminate it. But its always in the HTML editor screen, the other screens sail right through, but the HTML editor just bogs right down. Ive even tried loading them in batches before I get to fifty and theres no rhyme or reason for it. Is there a tool to clean up the DB somewhere in here or something I can do on my end. But theres not any common theme, other than it seems to happen around 50 auctions or an update, and some times for no reason at all. I dont like to complain but Ive got things I need to be doing instead of it taking 10-15 mins to create what normally is a 1 min or 2. Or re-booting 6 times in a row thinking I need to clear out my cache or something. created 50 auction in an hour and change but the last 15 have taken me over an hour and Im just cutting and pasting Matt
