Ok so it turns out that it is relatively easy to host sixbit on a VPS

Buy a windows server on subscription add Plesk and 3 gb to the smallest available costing me $94 pm ( because I was a newbie and I also wanted to host my website as well I paid for a month’s full support…… well worth it as it turned out as they transferred all my website stuff)

Log into server by Remote Desktop Connection (RDC)

Download your version ( small business in my case)

Install regular way and setup identical to your current pc version …make sure they are the same version….. read the notes!

    Leave it running on server

    Close remote connection

On your local version open up the database management and change data base to that of server using the instructions in the software notes.

Only thing you need to do is make sure that you make sure the initial severname is left blank and you choose a secure connection method of connection.

What I have said here is a summary after a bit of mucking about and discussion with the company … my fault and misunderstanding the instructions.

    Cheers
