Nearly a year dealing with the actual shipping cost issue and was very happy when it was finally resolved.
But wait, all is not resolved as we thought. We are also seeing actual shipping costs showing the bulk label purchase total being placed in all the individual orders. This is ridiculous!  I am so tired of dealing with this.

It’s great that eBay finally did something to help resolve the issue. However, the fix has not magically populated the missing actual S&H costs that were left blank in that field for that last 10 months. Is there a refresh we need to do to recover that data or is it up to us to manually input those costs?

    Curious minds want to know.

Thanks for your input but my reply was more of an update, not an uninformed comment. Since first opening the original ticket 6 weeks ago, this issue has cleared a couple of times, tickets have been closed and then the issue reappears.  Each time it happens, we have to go back and manually enter the expense for each order.  I was just adding something to the forum letting other users know what I was experiencing, again.  Sorry if it sounded like I hadn’t read or understood the previous forum posts.

Re my previous reply above, after several more attempts late today, the scripts error cleared and the .204 upgrade was finally successful. I did not do anything different.

I am having the same issue. Currently using 4.00.203. Made 6 attempts to download .204 and receive the same scripts error. See attached scree grab. When selecting yes or no, and then clicking OK, the page goes into Not Responding and locks up.
Since it is Saturday, I will also open a ticket in case John does not see these posts.

    Please see attached.
I am trying to edit an order that indicates Sales Tax of $1.4o and Site Sales Tax of $1.40. The order from 9/11/19 appears on my Sales Tax Report as an Indiana transaction which is not in my state, IL, where we do collect tax.  PayPal record shows the purchase amount of $20 but nothing for tax collected.

I have tried making adjustments both at the top tight corner of the record, where a refund would show, and at the last column of the grid, Collected Tax. No matter what I do it always reverts back to showing these numbers.  This is the only item on the ST report in question and I would just like to zero it out. I have the current .032 update and have tried refreshing the record.

    Any suggestions?

We had the same issue until we went into Manage Item Specifics and actually updated each category and subs for each area we list in. That took a couple of hours.  But now, we are finding while playing eBay’s new game of updating item specifics in Running listings, it is taking up to a minute for the revision to upload, similar to the amount of time as re-sending pictures with the revision. Seems like something changed 2 updates ago but I cannot be sure.

If I do a Check Revision after making a few IS changes, it goes through the process of loading pictures as if they were new or edited.  We were always able to make a revision quickly on running listings but now it takes at least 45-60 seconds each. And we only have about 600 more to do thanks to eBay. Any help getting it to upload faster would be appreciated.

Your assumption that eBay suppresses the Condition Description under a NEW condition listing is correct. eBay rep told us long ago that new was new and did not need a condition noted. However, the Condition Description field is open when listing an item New Without Box, New Without Tags, or New With Defects.

I suppose it could be coded to lock out that field when NEW is selected but that probably isn’t very high up on the team’s priority list.

We too have noticed the lag time in adding/loading photos but are also experiencing some weird results when working within the photo editor.

A frequent issue occurs when viewing the photos in the Carousel or Pictures tabs while adding/editing an item, many of the photos do not display. The count (Picture 1 of 12) and the jpg file name still show at the bottom. We have to scroll through the numbers in hopes that the photos we want will appear or just shut down and restart SixBit which is time consuming.

We are using Version 3.00.304 and just got message that our DB Size just went over 4GB and will compact it but we did not have these issues on older versions with the DB at 7-8GB. Operating 2 Windows 10 desktops on LAN and server has 8GB of RAM and plenty HD space.

We load 10-12 photos per item with each photo about 2.5MB. We were having text editor issues too but that cleared up with the current version so hopefully this will clear up soon, also.
