John: I have some acting up again. It is almost like one must wait for ‘Aspect Adoption’ to flag them. So let me know if that flagging occurs in the background like by the agent or what? There is something confusing about it.

Perhaps I can send a ticket sometime tomorrow.  I’ll put your name in the ticket.

    Thank you.

I had fixed them all and cannot seem to get one to act up again by undoing. At least not yet. Most (but not all) of the eBay listings were listed as new items with UPC codes. When something is repeatable, I will submit a ticket.

When the problem was occurring, I was seeing counts for ‘Aspect Adoption’ on my dashboard. Are these counts updated immediately or on a schedule in the background?

The error that eBay throws seems pretty obscure to me. Version 90 is better but eBay is throwing the error when ‘recommended’ IS fields are not populated (empty). In particular, for some items, I had to enter a value of “None” for the California Prop 65 Warning in order to get rid of the warning. For some other fields I had also just entered “n/a”.

Heard about this from another Sixbit user via Facebook Group:

“Due to a new development with eBay that we are currently investigating, new listings are going up to eBay without the Description.

In SixBit, click File > Options > Submitting Listings and uncheck the option to “Set the contents of the Description field as the default mobile description.”

New listings should go up with the correct HTML. Existing affected listings should be fixed by highlighting them in the Check Listings > Running mode and right-click Send Revisions to Site.”

    Thank you,

Yes. Been having issues for about 6:50pm Eastern Time. Went thru re-authentication  process but it did not help. Could not leave a feedback. Could not update a listing.
