I’ve submitted a ticket on this.  I can’t do much of anything with Etsy now.  And due to the problem with the latest beta file discussed elsewhere here, I can’t even try to upgrade.  I’m on .381.

Please help with these issues.

I have no idea what you mean when you talk about clicking the screen and revealing the app, but I’ve downloaded multiple times with the same result.  There’s something wrong with the file.

When I downloaded it, it was flagged as an unconfirmed download from an unknown publisher.  It has the name “Unconfirmed 941005.crdownload”.  I could add “exe” to the end of it, but I’m reluctant to try to execute it.

The only thing I really would need from the Enterprise Edition would be the allocation plan to make 2 sites work together.  I don’t need the other bells and whistles.  I don’t need unlimited accounts, analysis tools and advanced reporting.  Basically, I want the Small Business edition with the Duo feature so I can run 2 sites.

I’ve made the same complaint, but it fell upon deaf ears.  All I want beyond what I get in the Small Business edition is the ability to sell on 2 venues.  I don’t need all the extras in the Enterprise edition.  But I don’t want to pay an extra $77 to get it.  SixBit is a great package, with the best support in the business, but the subscription levels are out of whack.

I think everything is working now.  I discovered that no automatic backups had run since I installed beta .344 last Saturday.  That may have been when automatic refreshes stopped.  SixBit said the agent was running, but it didn’t seem to be doing anything.  It’s a little hard to say when it started because I went from Saturday until today without a sale (the longest dry stretch in the dozen years I’ve been selling).  In the interim I’d upgraded to .345 and then .346.  I fixed a couple possible permissions problems and then uninstalled SixBit and reinstalled .346.  Now refreshes and automatic backups are working.  If I have any further issues I’ll open a ticket.

I upgraded to .346 but my sales have flat-lined for the last couple days, so I don’t know if it’s working or not.  I’ll let you know.

The listing upgrade preset can be changed using the Batch Change for running listings.

As John has stated, it’s an eBay issue.  The devs can’t do anything unless or until eBay addresses it.
