Usually when I have these kinds of problems it’s a problem with permissions.  If that doesn’t pan out, put in a ticket.  You probably need a remote session.

I don’t find the same problem.  You should probably open a ticket.

You can export inventory to a csv file from the Sell Items tab.  Click on Export in the ribbon menu.

Did you click on the Item Specifics tab in the Batch Change window?  Keep in mind that you can only batch change one category at a time since IS are unique to a given category.

I just noticed something else.  When I click on the error details the attached shows up.  I’m curious about the reference to “Out of stock”.  This item is not out of stock and is listed on both Etsy and eBay.

Maybe this will provide a clue.  I looked in the log, and under Program Errors there are probably 10s of 1000s of these error messages from this afternoon.  I was not on the computer at all this afternoon because I wasn’t feeling well, so whatever is going on is being done by SixBit alone.

Should I submit a ticket?  I thought I had submitted one a couple days ago, but apparently it didn’t go through.

Update:  it stopped working again.  I was able to do some things for a short time last night, but this morning I can’t submit, revise, or cancel Etsy listings in SixBit.
