I have been selling on eBay for over 22 years. All this time I have been reinventing my business to keep abreast of the constant changes eBay was introducing. Some of these changes were good for my business, but most just made it harder for me to sell. I just wanted to quit eBay. But some of my vast collection really only sold well on eBay, some items would only sell on eBay. I needed to find a solution that would bring me back to seller heaven, or figure out other ways to liquidate my special stuff, or just quit. I looked at 4 different eBay sales management tools, and ended up deciding to try SIXBIT. It seemed to have reasonable costs, looked flexible, so one last try before I throw in the towel.
What I have learned after 6 weeks:
- The 30 free trial was really free
- The 30 day free Gold level support was really Gold
- My inventory edits saved, It was much easier to change the remaining item specifics
- Last Friday I made the plunge to have all my ads end after 30 days, then I would restart them. I restart SIXBIT converted ads using SIXBIT, but the other legacy ads I had to restart using eBay (until they are converted). This would not normally be the case but I have complicated ads. I sold a bunch of stuff that following weekend because of the restart, I knew that it should happen like that and it did. Manually ending the ads is a real pain, restarting them with SIXBIT is nice as you can decide when, and what time intervals you want them to post.
- Technical support was way better than I could have hoped for.
- I am now a Fan
