The CSV import will only adjust quantities on site if the Item has a variation listing, or is using an Allocation Plan. These will run automatically when the inventory is adjusted anywhere. From a sale, csv import, editing the inventory, etc.

Aspects are another name for Item Specifics, and this would indicate eBay thinks you need more on 38 listings. Could you open a support ticket so we can check out this issue?

John Manning, Senior DeveloperThe latest hotfix and latest beta, 4.00.025 and 4.00.041 respectively, have Item specifics speed improvements that were lagging the loading of the Item Window. Some categories, clothing in particular, have recently had a large amount of Item Specifics returned for them by eBay.

The 1 of 8 in your picture indicates the number of unique categories you have in your batch of 15. You’ll need to set the Item Specifics values on each batch by clicking the “next” arrow to switch to the next category group. Once all are set in all category groups, click OK to apply the changes to all Items.
If these are all the same for batches of Items, you might want to use a CSV export/import to set them. Export the ItemIDs, and import them again with the Item Specifics set in the mapping file. https://www.sixbitsoftware.com/EN/Rules_for_Importing_Items_via_CSV.htm

The report issues were due to an update to the Telerik reporting control that was necessary for the 64 bit v.4.0 update. You should be fine to keep up with the latest releases now that you’re past that version.

SixBit only works with eBay US, UK, CA and AU sites. We had looked into the possibility of support for eBay.de, but the language and site restrictions didn’t make it feasible for us to support.
