Viewing Available Inventory

Available Inventory for an Item

The inventory information for an item can easily be viewed from the right hand sidebar in the Sell Items mode.

 

 

 

Field Description
On Hand The number of item you have in your physical possession.  This includes items that are listed and sold but not yet shipped.
Currently Listed The number of items currently listed or scheduled.
Waiting to Ship The number of items that have been sold and are waiting to be shipped.

Uncommitted

 The number of items that are not committed to a buyer and you still have available to sell.

Unlisted

 The number of items that you can list without running the risk of overselling.
Click this icon to open the Purchase History window where you can add more purchases or reconcile your inventory.

 

List of Items with Available Inventory

All inventory items that have available inventory can be viewed by selecting the Available to List view in the Sell Items mode.

List of Items that are Low on Inventory

All inventory items where the actual quantity available to list is less than the restock value can be viewed by selecting the Low Inventory view in the Sell Items mode.

 

List of Running Items that are Low on Inventory

All inventory items that are currently running where the actual quantity available to list is less than the restock value can be viewed by selecting the Low Inventory view in the Sell Items mode.

List of Items that Could Potentially Oversell

All inventory items that are currently running where the actual quantity available to list is less than the number listed can potentially be oversold.  They can be viewed by selecting the Potential Oversell view in the Sell Items mode.
