Card Conditions

eBay sellers may remember the big Item Specifics change from a few Seller Updates ago that affected trading cards.  That update added fields like "Graded", "Card Condition", "Professional Grader" and "Grade" to Item Specifics, and gave warnings to sellers who did not add this info to their listings.  EBay now requires users selling trading cards to re-enter all of that information in a set of new, yet identical, fields and this time it is required in order to allow the listing to submit or revise.

Before proceeding, please update SixBit to version 4.00.600 or newer, and run the Sync Auxiliary Data function from File > Refreshes > Sync Auxiliary Data > Sync eBay Data.  After updating and running the sync, you should see the new fields in the Item Window under the eBay Categories tab, seen below:

The Card Condition fields can also be set in bulk using the Batch Change tool.  To open the Batch Change tool, select a group of items and then right-click Edit > Batch Change Items.  In the Batch Change window, select the Condition (eBay) tab, and then use the drop-downs to set your changes and click OK to apply.

Import/Update using CSV file

You can also use CSV file to add/update this new information.  At a minimum, the file needs to contain the following data: eBay Category, Condition ID, relevant CD_ (Condition Descriptor) fields such as CD_Grade and CD_Card_Condition.
