    Hi John,

This should help you set up additional profiles for seller accounts in SixBit. The number you can use is limited by subscription level, but all versions will support at least 2.

    Hi Dan,

This looks like an issue that will require a remote session. The team should handle getting this set up via your support ticket.

    Thanks,

    John

    Hi Sandy,

We’re looking into the import to see where this may have defaulted to on. You can change the return policy in the SixBit Payment preset. Once you create a named preset with the correct values, you can bulk change all of your Items in Sell Items mode to use this preset as well. If you’re going to revise your running Listings, I would also check those  in Check Listings mode before sending revisions up. If you need further help, open a support ticket from the program and we can help you further.

    Hi Shelly,

We’ll look into making the Enter key an option for Product Search.

The Quick Search issue is fixed in the latest full release, 4.00.101 and the upcoming beta, 4.00.122.

For descriptions, we tried this awhile back and it didn’t work well for many users. I would recommend using a default Wrapper with the font set, or creating a snippet to insert the HTML into the beginning of your description.

We will change the populate function to do that for Shopify.

What would you like to see differently in the Create Order window? We will be upgrading the Item search in there to match the Sell Item options for Quick Search. This should help adding additional items to an Manual Order.

    Thanks,

    John

Ok, looks like we fixed the delete if you’re using the quick filter row searching, but not the quick search box. We’ll get this fixed.

There are issues with the Quick Access toolbar that prevents the saving and loading of Item template buttons that we haven’t been able to resolve.  You can move your most used Templates to to the top of the Add button toolbar dropdown using the Manage Item Templates window.

    Hi Brian,

The Custom Label field can be mapped in SixBit to one of 4 fields (SKU, Notes, Storage Location and External Item ID) depending on how you use it. You can set how the field is used in File|Options|Refreshes.

By default , it is Notes, which only pulls the value from eBay it isn’t sent back up. The others are bidirectional and sent to eBay as the Custom Label if changed. SKU should only be used if these are unique values for each Item. Importing from eBay with the SKU option on will merge any items with the same Custom Label, so it’s not recommended if they are not unique.  External Item ID is useful for matching to an external Inventory system, while Storage Location is often used when fulfilling Orders in concert with Pick Lists or Packing Lists.

    Hi Lili,

You can export the TL Items and import them into SixBit using a TL CSV file.

I’ll link the tutorial setup video that starts at that point. https://youtu.be/1UEku3zx8Ws?t=307

The TL Setup video library is on the landing page for TL Users. https://www.sixbitsoftware.com/tllanding/#videoTraining

    Thanks,

Is the Agent running tasks? Orders coming in automatically?

I would suggest opening a ticket directly with support, they may need to diagnose this with a remote session.

Here’s the setup for sharing a database, and you can open a support ticket if you need more help. https://www.sixbitsoftware.com/EN/Sharing_a_Database_on_a_Local_Area_Network.htm

Once the computers are using the same database and you’re using multiple users, I would also suggest creating those in SixBit. You can also limit the functionality to individual users to creating Items, submitting Listings or processing Orders if you so wish. https://www.sixbitsoftware.com/EN/Multiple_Users.htm

As for the Envelopes, you can customize your own mailing labels in the Report Editor, so making one envelope size shouldn’t be a problem.
