Sale Events aren’t joined to Listings in SixBit. That criteria is passed to eBay and they determine which ones qualify. The promoted listings criteria are used to select qualifying listings in SixBit so we can then send those IDs to eBay for the campaigns. There are Events that can be specifically ID based, but those IDs are sent at part of the Event and we don’t maintain a link with the Listings.

Looks like an ongoing issue of the UK site. https://community.ebay.co.uk/t5/Technical-Issues/20-increase-on-listings/m-p/7664021
The workaround appears to be using the Bulk Edit tool on eBay and not to make any changes and it will fix it. The eBay rep suggests ending and relisting to fix it now that they think the problem is resolved.. .
If you’re still seeing the issue with new or relisted items, open a support ticket with us. We will need to get a few examples of the eBay calls and send them directly to API support.
Thanks,
John

In 2021 eBay started collecting VAT directly, so the 20% added on by eBay would be that in the UK. If you are VAT Exempt, you have to register your userid with eBay as such.

Hi Albertine,
Is your variation set created with the Color variation set as the Photo variation? There is an option next to each variation to make it the one Photos key off of. If so, when you edit the Item, you should be able to add pictures to each variation in the variation grid. If you add pictures to the the standard picture area, these are ones that will show for the entire item, regardless of the variation. Common pictures, whereas the ones in the variation grid will vary.

The background agent should be refreshing Orders once every 15 minutes if the computer is running.
https://www.sixbitsoftware.com/EN/Automatically_Synchronizing_Using_the_Servant_.htm
If the Agent isn’t running on your computer and refreshing properly, open a support ticket and our team can fix that for you.
Thanks,
John

Looks like a common issue with our forum software. We’ll try to get this working.

Hi Steve,
The Refresh Orders function is limited by eBay to the past 90 days only.
Thanks,

Hi Trish,
No, you won’t need to set anything in SixBit. GSP was enabled on a per item basis, but the replacement EIS is enabled on a account basis, so all eligible Items should have it automatically when listing.

If it’s showing up when doing an update outside of SixBit, it would indicate something already set on the Listing. I think the only way to get rid of that warning would be to list it again. But since it’s a warning, you can ignore it.

Hi Kevin,
You can add a BCC email address to your contact information in you Seller Profile so any emails sent will be copied. https://www.sixbitsoftware.com/EN/Entering_Your_Email_Information.htm
The default email templates included in SixBit can be sent Automatically once enabled in the Manage Emails window. The ones you’d want to use would either be payment acknowledgement or shipping notification. https://www.sixbitsoftware.com/EN/Managing_Emails.htm The background task agent runs refreshes every 15 minutes and will send those out when necessary.

Hi Cass,
Open a support ticket either via the Support tab in SixBit or from the website and our team should be able to fix the issue.
Thanks,

You should be able to export it to CSV and import it back into that field with Mapping. There is a Brand field used in the Item Identifiers, but usually the one that’s populated is part of the Ebay Item Specifics, so you’ll need to export the Item Specifics as a whole, and just import that one back into the Vendor field.

Hi Suzie,
Nothing at this time. If they do release an API, we would consider supporting it.

Do you have anything set in the Discount pricing tab for the Item? Using Strikethrough pricing options would cause this warning to show.

Hi Robert,
The Agent should refresh Orders every 15 minutes. Is the Refresh Orders Date current? If there is an issue it will retry from the old date every time, making the refreshes longer. Check File|Options|Refreshes|Refresh Dates tab.
Are there any errors in the Event log? The tabs that would show them would be User Activity, Automated Tasks and Program Errors. Program errors are shown if the option in File|Options|General|Support|Support Control is checked.
I would suggest opening a Support ticket, and our staff should be able to diagnose where the problem is. Either with a remote session or by examining your database.
Thanks,
John
