Sending Feedback Reminders

Feedback reminders are sent out after buyers receive their shipments and have not yet left feedback.  If feedback reminders are not sent, the Feedback Reminder button can be hidden from the interface by following the instructions in Customizing Feedback Reminders.

 

The text of the feedback reminder may be customized to make it more personal.   Customizing Feedback Reminders also explains how to edit the Feedback Reminder Email Template.

 

If feedback reminders will be sent out, they may be sent manually or automatically.   Feedback reminders can be sent out automatically within a specified number of days after the item has been shipped.  Refer to Customizing Feedback Reminders for information on setting up automatic feedback reminders.

 

 

To manually send feedback reminders:

  1. Open the Ship Orders mode.      How?How? From the Mode selector in the lower left, choose Ship Orders.
  2. From the grid, select the orders in the Fulfilled status for which an email will be sent.  
  3. In the Email group on the ribbon bar, click the Feedback Reminder button to open the Email Preview window.  An email for each item in the order will be generated and displayed.   The email can be edited to modify it from the original template.
  4. Click Send or Send All to send the email(s).

 

 

 

When sending an email, a flag will be sent.  If necessary, the flag can be manually turned on or off.

To toggle the email sent flag:

  1. Open the Ship Orders mode.        How?How? From the Mode selector in the lower left, choose Ship Orders.
  2. From the grid, select the orders for which the flag will be toggled..  
  3. Right click and choose Email from the context menu and then choose the action to take.
